The three products found in this package can be used as supports during a period of fasting. Fasting offers amazing benefits for repair and improved health and we want you to be comfortable during your journey to optimize your results.
Fastonic is a powerful product to have in hand while fasting. These fizzing tablets add hydrogen molecules to your water and reduce oxidative stress and neutralize free radicals that are released during a fast.
- Add 1-2 tablets in 12 ounces of water 2 to 3 times daily.
- Once tablets stop fizzing, drink immediately.
BIND is a super-activated charcoal that was designed to enhance and accelerate toxin elimination. This is a must-have product for reducing detoxification symptoms.
- Take 2-4 capsules once or twice daily (2 hours away from any other supplements or medications when NOT fasting).
CytoDetox® can be used before, during or following a fast to eliminate toxins that have bioaccumulated over a lifetime. This product provides a safe and effective way to detox at the cellular level, therefore reducing unwanted symptoms while fasting.
Suggested Use:
- Take 0.5 - 1.0 mL orally (1/2 to 1 dropper) 2 to 3 times daily.
14-Day Ultra CytoDetox® Dosage:
- To be used periodically for deeper cellular cleansing support.
- For 14 days take 1 mL (1 dropper), 4 times daily.
NOTE: The Ultra CytoDetox dosage should be followed by a 7-14 day pause (off-cycle). This dosage can be used periodically for deeper cleansing. This dosage can also be lowered to the maintenance level during the pause.
Important Recommended Instructions:
- We recommend CytoDetox be taken on an empty stomach or 30 minutes after eating.
- For increased effect, avoid eating or drinking for 15-30 minutes after taking CytoDetox.
